Flat Tire Change and Roadside Tire Service
A flat tire on a quiet street is an inconvenience. A flat on the shoulder of a busy highway, in the dark or in the rain, is genuinely dangerous. Changing a wheel yourself means kneeling beside moving traffic, and plenty of drivers would rather not — or find the spare is flat, the wheel nuts are seized, or there is no jack in the boot at all.
When to call instead of doing it yourself
- You are stopped on a highway shoulder or anywhere with traffic passing close by
- The wheel nuts will not move, or you do not have the locking wheel nut key
- There is no spare, or the spare is also flat
- More than one tire has gone
- It is dark, wet, or you simply are not comfortable doing it at the roadside
What we do
If you have a usable spare, it is fitted at the roadside and you can drive on. If there is no spare, or the damage means the vehicle should not be driven — a blowout, a shredded sidewall, damage to the rim — the vehicle is towed to a tire shop or garage of your choice instead.
About space saver spares
Most modern cars carry a temporary spare rather than a full size wheel. These are built to get you to a tire shop, not to be driven on indefinitely, and they usually carry a speed limit printed on the wheel itself. Plan on replacing it promptly rather than treating it as a repair.

Call (778) 878-7771Frequently asked questions
What if I do not have a spare tire?
Then the wheel cannot be changed at the roadside. The vehicle is towed to a tire shop or garage of your choosing so the tire can be replaced properly.
Can you repair the puncture rather than fit the spare?
Roadside work is about getting you moving safely, so the spare goes on. A proper repair needs the tire removed from the rim and inspected inside, which is a workshop job.
Is it safe to keep driving on a flat to reach a garage?
No. Driving on a flat destroys the tire and can damage the rim, the suspension and the brake components, turning a cheap problem into an expensive one. Pull over somewhere safe and call.
My wheel has locking nuts and I cannot find the key. Can you still help?
Without the key the wheel usually cannot be removed at the roadside. Say so when you call so the dispatcher can advise whether a tow is the better option.
Do you carry replacement tires?
No. Roadside service fits your spare or tows the vehicle. Buying and fitting a new tire is done at a tire shop.
