Additional Clauses: Refusal of Service:

If an end user requests a service, they have a 15-minute grace period to cancel without penalty. If our crew has departed for the location or arrived at the site, cancellations or refusals will incur a fee of 50% of the quoted service charge.

This policy ensures efficient use of our time and resources, prioritizing critical and serious inquiries. The fee also offsets fuel and labor costs incurred.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions may be amended to maintain compliance with applicable laws or reflect changes in data collection practices. Updates will be reflected in the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
